Who This Role Is For You're an associate clinician (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Greensboro area looking for part-time remote work with real clinical support. UNCG produces some of the strongest counseling graduates in the state — and this role is designed for clinicians at exactly that early-career stage. What Makes This Different: - Free supervision — weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered - Guaranteed pay for cancellations and no-shows - $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy - Part-time W2 — real employment, not independent contractor work - Fully remote — work from Greensboro or anywhere in North Carolina - Mon–Fri 3–8 PM schedule — afternoons and evenings only - No admin, billing, or credentialing burden The Work: Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.
