What We Offer: - Medical, Dental and Vision - 401k Plan - Life Insurance - PTO - Growth opportunities - Employee discounts - Family owned and operated for over 80 years - Excellent working environment with established Core Values Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle and recommending related parts to properly repair the problem - Working with retail and wholesale customers - Working with technicians, ordering parts for repairs and upgrades to consumer vehicles - Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with - Managing open invoices and ensuring payments are processed for orders filled - Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly - Provide service technicians with parts as required - Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays - Maintain the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and today's customer satisfaction - Follow the prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership when working the parts counter - Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required...
