O nás REICO investiční společnost Erste Asset Management, a.s. was founded in Prague in 2006, as a 100% subsidiary of Česká spořitelna, a.s., part of the Austrian Erste Group AG based in Vienna. REICO is one of the largest service providers in commercial real estate investment and fund asset management in the Czech Republic, currently managing three funds. These include two open-ended investment funds: REICO NEMOVITOSTNÍ, the largest CEE-domiciled real estate fund, and REICO LONG LEASE, which focuses on long-term income opportunities. Most recently, the FKI REICO EPB I fund has been launched, targeting the build-to-rent segment. Total assets under our management totals CZK 58 billion (EUR 2.4 bln) and are spread within all assets classes across jurisdiction of the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia with aim to enter Germany and Austria. Our clients are retail as well as large institutional investors.
