Responsibilities This Position is Subject to Contract Award OBXtek is staffing for a Senior Program Analyst . The Senior Program Analyst provides advanced analytical, advisory, and coordination support for Army acquisitions, systems engineering, and technical or programmatic initiatives. This individual serves as a principal advisor to Program Managers, senior leadership, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), helping guide planning, execution, analysis, and reporting across the full project lifecycle in compliance with DoD and Army acquisition directives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support the development, tracking, and assessment of program plans, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and technical milestones. - Conduct detailed analyses of program performance, requirements, risks, and resource allocations to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation. - Prepare, review, and refine acquisition documentation (e.g., Statements of Work (SOW), Acquisition Strategy, Program Management Plans, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, and Test & Evaluation documentation). - Provide technical and managerial recommendations to Government stakeholders for compl...
