Director of Information Technology Full Time: Salary: 110K-130K: People Incorporated is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven leader to serve as Director of Information Technology. SUMMARY: The Director of Information Technology is responsible for providing vision, leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight for all information technology systems and services across the Agency. This role ensures the alignment of IT infrastructure with Agency goals while maintaining a secure, efficient, and scalable technology environment. This role collaborates with external IT consultants and internal stakeholders to develop and implement technology initiatives, strengthen data security, and support Agency-wide operations. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of IT systems, infrastructure, and support services, ensuring high performance and reliability across all technology platforms while driving innovation, digital transformation, and long-term technology planning.
