Your Work Environment at EXP: EXP is seeking a licensed architect with 3–5 years of experience to support architectural project delivery while leading BIM coordination for complex, multidisciplinary projects. This role is ideal for a technically strong architect who enjoys coordination, assumes ownership of project execution, and is ready to grow into senior project management responsibilities.
