ABOUT YOU: As a Hazardous Locations (Hazloc) Business Development Manager, you focus on expanding market share for Hazardous Locations solutions across multiple industrial sectors, building strong client relationships, and positioning technical compliance services that meet regulatory and operational requirements. Required skills and experience: - Proven track record in a business-to-business sales environment, ideally within ATIC or technical service solutions. - Experience selling Hazardous Locations (Hazloc) or related compliance, certification, or engineering services is highly desirable. - Demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Strong analytical ability with a data-driven approach to sales performance management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Solid understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and structured sales planning. - Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
