ProFormance Builder Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siding Estimator to join our team. The Siding Estimator will play a crucial role in our organization by accurately estimating project costs and providing valuable insights to support decision-making across our siding and housewrap accounts. This position requires hands-on estimating experience with residential and multi-family siding projects , preferably utilizing James Hardie or LP products . This role would ideally be based at out of either our Atlanta, GA or Gaffney, SC branches (Hybrid). Fully Remote applications will also be considered. Responsibilities: Utilize advanced Excel skills and leading estimating software to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for siding and housewrap projects . Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and elevations to determine material quantities, take-offs, and labor requirements. Conduct detailed take-offs for siding systems (James Hardie, LP SmartSide, vinyl, and fiber cement), trims, soffits, and housewrap materials.
