Overview JOB SUMMARY: Central Health is looking for a skilled Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Services team to provide compassionate, inclusive, and trauma-informed care with the overall goal of reducing systemic barriers to mental health and substance use support, treatment and services. The person in this position is responsible for providing a holistic care approach that includes strengths-based screening, assessments, crisis intervention, patient psychoeducation and advocacy, clinical consultation, group facilitation as well as other relevant social work activities, such as, but not limited to, referral and connection to support services. These services are provided in partnership with other Behavioral Health Services and Central Health team members. Program offerings may be provided in various settings and may include travel between Central Health’s Outpatient Specialty Clinics and other satellite locations.
