At Daxko, our Software Trainers play a key role in helping our customers succeed from day one. In this role, you’ll partner directly with customers to guide them through onboarding and training, helping them confidently use our software to power their organizations and communities. What you’ll do: - Lead engaging, effective training sessions for a wide range of customers with different needs and experience levels - Travel to customer sites to support go-live events and ensure a smooth, successful transition - Serve as a primary trainer for small to mid-sized implementations - Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, supportive training experience - Gather and apply customer feedback to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes - Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and resources - Develop a strong understanding of Daxko’s products and the member-based organizations we serve - Contribute to team goals and OKRs, and support process improvement initiative...
