The Triple Meg All-Girls Youth Soccer Coach will be responsible for implementing soccer sessions for female athletes ranging from 5-10. Female Coaches will foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment, focusing on both skill development and personal growth. Role & Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 5-10, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. - Schedule and manage coaching shifts to ensure seamless program execution. - Adapt to unpredictable weather, rescheduling when necessary. - Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment. - Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development. - Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session. Skills and Qualifications Roles: Previous coaching experience in youth soccer, preferably in an all-girls environment.
