In your role as a _FT Night Hospice RN Inpatient___, you will help ensure that every patient and family is honored, supported and comforted as they receive the right care at the right time throughout their journey by: Full-Time LPN OR RN opportunity is currently available for (3) 12 hour shifts/week (8p-8a) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA (American Nurses Association) Standards and the Nursing Process Utilizes equipment and technology skillfully and is technically competent in nursing procedures Oversees and/or participates in safe medication handling and practices Educates patients and families on significant self-care and end of life issues, all hospice services, patient liability for payment, and ensures consent and payer forms are completed Acts as a patient advocate; p...
