Job description

The Safety Risk Coordinator provides oversight and training on the operational safety of the Milestone IBOS Logistics Service ensuring adherence to OSHA requirements and guidelines. This individual is responsible for the ongoing safety of the Milestone IBOS Logistics Service and aligns Safety and Training compliance with Statement of Work (SOW) responsibilities, while meeting expected standards of Operational Safety. How You Will Make an Impact: - Lead the Safety focus, root cause analysis and mitigation within your region of North America. - Ensure root cause analysis is completed within 48-hours for all Safety Incidents. - Analyze the Safety Observations to predict areas of concern, training needs, and to ensure incident avoidance. - Motivate, inspire, and encourage team members, as well as cross-functional teams, to execute safely. - Partner with internal teams and Client to produce a best-in-class service. - Recommend improvements to systems and processes to identify areas of service improvement and best utilization of resources. - Perform ad-hoc analysis as well as regular business reviews to support decision making. - Understand the business needs for Safety and Training requ...
