What this opportunity involves: Overview of the role: To optimise the performance of the properties under management including maximising rental income, controlling expenditure, and completing negotiations as well as timely reporting to clients. Accountabilities: Obtain thorough knowledge of the Property Management Agency Agreement and ensure requirements the MAA are carried out Prepare income and expenditure annual budgets and auditor outgoings reconciliations using standard JLL spreadsheet packages Negotiation of new and renewal leases manage any subleasing and lease assignments, action rent reviews.
