Job Summary: The Program Intern works closely with the program management teams, helping drive programs from concept to completion while developing practical project management and operational skills. Job Duties: - Assists the program management team with the day-to-day coordination, planning, and execution of program activities - Conducts research, compiles data, and assists in preparing reports and presentations to evaluate program effectiveness - Maintains organized project documentation, updates databases, and supports scheduling and correspondence - Participates in team meetings, takes detailed notes, and assists with preparing materials and logistics for internal and external events - Takes ownership of assigned business-focused projects under the guidance of senior staff, contributing ideas and solutions - Others duties as required Education: Experience: Software: - Currently pursuing, or have recently acquired, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Communications, required - Leadership experience, preferred - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferred - Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, Sale...
