Location: France or Benelux About the role: Regional Sales Manager for the Truck Business is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction across France & Benelux markets. This individual, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key customers and partners. Reports to: The Regional Sales Manager is part of the sales department and reports to the head of Sales. Key responsibilities: 1、Sales & Business Development Lead BYD truck sales activities across the France & Benelux markets. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with BYD’s European commercial vehicle growth objectives. Identify and secure key business opportunities with major fleet operators, logistics companies, and public sector customers. 2、Dealer & Network Development Build, manage, and optimize the BYD dealer and service partner network in the region. Support dealers with sales planning, training, product positioning, and customer acquisition. Key Account Management Manage strategic customer relationships and negotiate high-value fleet contracts.
