CONDITIONS: Location: Allen, Texas: Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent IN A NUTSHELL: The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of duties, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and HR administration. The HR Generalist collaborates with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. DAY-TO-DAY: Employee Relations: - Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. - Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. - Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
