Grow with us. - The core responsibilities of this role include Manually, hand picking & stacking at a rate of 500 cases per hour. (After 1st month @ 250 CPH, after 2nd month @ 400 CPH and after 3rd month @ 500 CPH) - Position: FORKLIFT OPERATOR - Shift: TUESDAY - SATURDAY 3PM-11:30PM / until workload is complete - Monday workday when workload is high / OT / peak season - Pay: $20.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential - Additional Incentives: LMS / productivity incentives can apply - In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Good attendance record, able to physically perform the work type (walk 10-14 miles a day), and able to manage downtime. - Be part of the world’s largest logistics company!
