Essential Functions: - Provides clinical leadership to integrate and align oncology services across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings within assigned markets. - Leads initiatives to enhance patient experience, optimize access, and improve the quality and efficiency of oncology care delivery. - Monitors program quality, including clinical outcomes, credentialing and privileging processes, operational performance, and patient satisfaction, ensuring alignment with national standards and regulatory requirements, including Commission on Cancer (CoC) and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC). - Promotes adoption of evidence-based practices, national standards, innovative care models, and clinical protocols to support continuous quality improvement and...
