What’s the role? Within this exciting opportunity, you will be assisting Gen II in carrying out its responsibilities under the depositary requirements of the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD), namely cash flow monitoring, record keeping and verification of assets and general oversight. What you’ll be doing: - Undertake daily cash flow monitoring of client bank accounts - Maintain asset registers and review of ownership documentation of those assets - Review of drawdowns and distributions - Quarterly analysis of management account information and reconciliations - Reconciliations of monthly cash activity - Corresponding with clients and intermediaries - Assisting more senior staff with their client portfolio - Assisting with the preparation of client reports - Organising own client portfolio, prioritising workload and dealing with matters in a timely manner - Assisting with review of invoices - Daily input of time on timesheet The ideal background for this role: - Sound academic background (preferably Finance/Accounting related) - Preference for candidate to be studying towards or willingness to study for a professional qualification such as: - Certificate or...
