Description Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Compensation: 60% of net collections in a cash pay practice ( Estimated as $180-$240 per clinical hour ); paid bi-weekly Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Schedule: In-person coverage Fridays (8 hours) and Saturdays (4 hours). Additional telehealth hours are available Monday through Thursday, up to full-time, based on provider preference and availability. Location: Brentwood, TN: PMHNP Responsibilities: Clinical Care: - Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive assessments. - Provide ongoing medication management for assigned caseload. - Develop treatment plans that align with client goals and clinical best practices. - Monitor medication response, side effects, contraindications, and risk factors. - Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR. Collaboration: - Coordinate care with internal therapists, psychologists, and outside referents. - Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary discussion as needed. - Communicate treatment progress and care plans with clients and families when appropriate.
