Description Position Summary: The Field Sales Manager – Water Heaters is a hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for driving revenue performance, close rates, and sales execution across a team of Water Heater technicians who both install and sell. This leader operates directly in the field—coaching, developing, and holding the team accountable to a consistent sales process, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is not a desk role; success in this position is built through ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and active leadership in the field. The Field Sales Manager plays a critical role in improving conversion rates, average ticket, and overall revenue, while reinforcing a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
