About The Role: Join our Sydney - (Smithfield) office in a full-time permanent role and deliver outstanding customer service every day. In other companies this role may be referred to as a Parts Interpreter position, internally at APG it is referred to as the Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, You Will: Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes. Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience. Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory. Address customer escalations and maintain order records.
