Laserfiche Systems Analyst

Job description

The Laserfiche Systems Analyst is responsible for driving business innovation and enterprise-wide solutions using Laserfiche Cloud across the enterprise. This role combines hands-on Laserfiche system administration with business analysis, systems analysis and project management to deliver scalable, secure and well-architected solutions that can be spotlighted in the Solutions Marketplace. The role partners closely with BTO, ITS, Development and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements, prioritize work and drive delivery from intake through deployment and adoption. Location : About the Role - Key Responsibilities: Solution Design, Enablement and Continuous Improvement - Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CA. - Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays. - Ability to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate traveling for marketing events. - Develop or improve business processes leveraging Laserfiche capabilities to deliver enterprise and departmental solutions - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal research, analysis and testing needed to support Laserfiche enhancements and development e...
