Description A Blake & Pendleton Shop Tech Field Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily shop operations through facility upkeep, equipment maintenance coordination, material handling, and shipping/receiving activities. This role ensures the shop environment remains safe, organized, and efficient while supporting production and operational needs The Shop Tech Field Coordinator must have the necessary safety training and certifications as determined by industry agencies (e.g., OSHA, MHSA). Shop Field Coordinators are frequently required to lift over 50 lbs. and occasionally exceed 100 lbs., climb ladders, and carry buckets of lubricants weighing between 25 lbs. & 55 lbs.
