About the Team The Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) team powers TikTok’s revenue ecosystem. We build the advanced advertising technologies and platforms that enable brands and businesses to connect with audiences worldwide. Our scope spans backend targeting signals, ad measurement infrastructure, and creative tools for advertisers across Brand, SMB, and Performance channels. As a HRBP Intern, you will play a key role in scaling this high-impact organization by hiring world-class Product, Design, Data, and Technical talent.
