The HOA Technician contributes to Ion Solar by efficiently collecting neighbors' and homeowners' signatures, attending HOA meetings, and communicating clearly with the HOA team. Duties/Responsibilities: Drive to cities/neighborhoods within a 30-mile radius of the office. Retrieve signatures from homeowners & neighbors. Communicate with the HOA department & other techs on a daily basis. Maintain a personal email, and respond to all communication within 24 hours.
