Operations Specialist - 26000452 Description Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Operations Specialist Location: Pasadena, TX Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Non-Regional Business Unit (NRBU) team, located in Pasadena, TX. Major responsibilities include but not limited to managing the daily adherence to Linde’s goals of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and Employee Retention within the Non-Regional Business Unit family of supply plants. In conjunction with the daily responsibilities the position will be evaluating current plant capacities across key product lines and defining capacity expansion plans defined by growth initiates developed by the Specialty Product Marketing Managers. This position will lead continuous improvement efforts within the production processes to achieve productivity objectives, to develop and support implementation of Best Operating Practices (BOP) across all Specialty Products production sites.
