Project Coordinator (Engineering) Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an Project Coordinator (Engineering) to support fiber optic engineering and outside plant (OSP) operations in our Las Vegas, NV market. This is an office-based, clerical support role embedded within the engineering workflow — responsible for managing documentation, processing engineering deliverables, coordinating permit activity with municipalities, and maintaining data integrity across project tracking systems. The right candidate has a working knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-moving production environment. Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling and workflow between field engineering crews, construction teams, and client program managers. - Manage and maintain engineering documentation including as-built drawings, splice records, fiber test result packages, and network design redlines. - Process and distribute engineering work orders, construction packages, and field design deliverables to appropriate project stakeholders. - Track permit submittals and follow up with city municipalities, utility companies, and Right-of-Way agencies on permitting sta...
