Payroll Regional Process - Data Lead (m/f) Description -: This role is responsible for driving payroll process improvements, project management, change management, and incident management across the EMEA GlobalView region. The role also provides ad hoc support to countries on specific issues and acts as an SME backup when required, particularly in cases of staffing challenges. The region consists of 11 EMEA countries running payroll in ADP GlobalView: Czechia, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, UK. Responsibilities: - Streamline, harmonize, and automate payroll process across the region; develop and maintain associated documentation - Lead payroll-related projects at regional level, coordinating with all stakeholders across all project phases, including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and go-live. - Follow up and support payroll change requests, and drive prioritization in alignment with key partners. - Monitor incident management activities; analyze, report and engage with key partners on mitigation actions - Provide ad hoc support to countries in case of significant operational or compliance issues. - Act...
