Location: Alhambra, CA (Onsite) Job Summary: The Test Process Engineer will be able to implement and monitor wafer fabrication backend production processes in a manufacturing environment. His duty includes but not limited to daily update of wafer fabrication backend WIP on the production line and being able to analyze and manage day-to-day production issues and problems. The Test Process Engineer position will be based at Semtech Photonics Products group located in Alhambra, CA. The following is a list of current essential job responsibilities of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion. Responsibilities: - Take ownership of wafer backend production process WIP, analyze test yields, and continuous improvement of manufacturing process efficiency. - Collaborate with Device Design Engineers and Quality Assurance teams to streamline the process steps and requirements to improve production efficiency. - Work closely with engineers, operators, and Quality teams to prepare and improve existing wafer qualification plans to meet ISO-9000 standard. - Understand the manufacturing test result failures, troubleshooting, root cause...
