Job Description: Sales & Market Engagement: Support sales cycles by selling and cross-selling AMS offerings, responding to RFPs with differentiated viewpoints, and developing market-relevant assets with a strong focus on AI. Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to refine positioning and offerings. Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee end-to-end AMS service delivery, identify new market opportunities, expand the AMS portfolio, and evangelize existing offerings. Ensure operational excellence through cost control, process optimization, and meeting profitability and CSAT benchmarks. Customer & Portfolio Growth: Present AMS offerings to new and existing clients, establish AMS footprints in untapped accounts, and secure at least three new customers annually.
