Department: 37821 Carolinas Medical Center - Transplant: Kidney Adult Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Hybrid Schedule: 5 day per week (3 on-site, 2 remote) BSN required: Minimum of 3 years of RN experience Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: The Atrium Health Transplant Center at 1025 Morehead Medical Drive in Charlotte, NC provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for adult patients undergoing evaluation, waitlisting, transplantation, and post‑transplant management. Our program supports adult kidney transplant patients across the continuum of care, including pre‑transplant evaluation and optimization, waitlist management, post‑transplant follow‑up, immunosuppression monitoring, care coordination, and long‑term chronic disease management. The clinic works closely with transplant physicians, surgeons, nurse coordinators, social work, pharmacy, nutrition, and financial services to deliver patient‑centered, evidence‑based transplant care in alignment with OPTN/UNOS and CMS requirements.
