Job description

The Services Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the product lifecycle for our Managed Services product line. This position works closely with a BA on the technology team and the Managed Services delivery team P RINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - In partnership with the VP – Managed Services and Customer Care and Director – Managed - Services, reviews business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through analysis and - understanding of targeted markets, segmentation efforts, market trends, new technology, and - competitive environment - Working closely with Managed Services delivery teams, creates product roadmaps to deliver on - the product vision, to optimize service margins and create customer value - Collaborates with technology counterparts to develop roadmap requirements that support - service delivery.
