We’re looking for a Product Channel Manager to join our eCommerce Developments team! Based from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire.: The Role: As a Product Channel Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of our global checkout experience across a multi client landscape. In this critical, product centric leadership role, you will be responsible for maximising payment conversion success while minimising technical drop offs and transaction errors to ensure a frictionless order placement journey. You will manage a team of 3-4, ensuring our worldwide payment infrastructure remains seamless, secure, and expertly optimised for diverse regional preferences. What You’ll Take On: - Product Strategy & Conversion Excellence - Take end-to-end ownership of the payment and checkout success rates.
