Overview Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Guest Services Specialist will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health’s Binghamton Evaluation Center. Schedule: 12am-8:30am 1 weekend day per week. Sun-Thurs OR Tues-Sat. In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, all Full-Time Guest Services Specialists are eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500 ! Pay : up to $17.39 per hour. Responsibilities: - The Guest Services Specialist position assists in orientating patients, manage ongoing needs throughout the patients stay in the program and prepare and maintain the facility for use and cleanliness. - In this position you will assist with admission process of program including orientating patients to the facility, responding to patient inquiries and requests and resolving issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. - The Guest Services Specialist will demonstrate thorough knowledge of program expectations and schedules and assist patients in managing these activities. - Assist with crisis intervention activities, as requested. - Y...
