You'll Do: - Maintain Fire suppression systems and equipment. - Keep documentation of inspections that relate to WF Property Conservation manual developed by AON and be key member during AON Audits. - Ability to work closely with all other trades and employees. - Ability to take direction. - Self-Motivated - Good performance record – safety, production, quality, attendance. - Good Mechanical Background - Candidate must provide their own tools. - Ability to handle small construction projects and maintain day to day operations of on site. - Maintain water systems such as: sink/faucet repair, bathroom repair, domestic water maintenance You have: - Mechanical aptitude; excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work closely with other trades and employees - Commitment to working safely and creating a safe workplace - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Flexible schedule to work days, nights and/or weekend shifts - Preference will be given to candidates with a wide variety...
