Job description

The Director of Finance is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing Lee Construction Group’s financial strategy. This role oversees all financial planning, budgeting, accounting, risk management, compliance, and reporting functions while serving as a key advisor to the CEO and Leadership Team. The Director of Finance ensures long‑term fiscal stability, supports sustainable growth, and leads a high‑performing accounting team. This is an in-person position. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning: - Develop and execute financial strategies that support company growth, profitability, and investment decisions. - Lead annual budgeting, multi‑year forecasting, and financial modeling processes. - Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership based on financial analysis and market trends.
