Join our enrichment team and take the opportunity to work with youth through a social emotional learning lens. We are hiring staff to work Monday and Wednesday from 3-5:30 at four elementary schools in Brockton. Qualifications: JOB SUMMARY: The Enrichment Instructor is responsible for presenting a positive and competent image of the YMCA through quality programming designed to meet the needs of the community. Well prepared, relevant, safe and effective programming will be taught in a professional manner, resulting in friendly, convenient and courteous service. The Enrichment Instructor will be responsible for the creation and instruction of high quality programming for children, and will ensure a safe, healthy and constructive environment for all participants. The Enrichment Instructor will display the character traits of Caring, Respect, Honesty, and Responsibility.
