Job description

The Store Fulfillment Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by processing store fulfillment orders with accuracy and speed. This role focuses on picking, packing, and preparing daily orders for pickup or delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping fulfillment areas clean and organized. This is an hourly position. What you will do: Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives , and daily priorities. Pick, pack , and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, following omni processes and procedures to enhance productivity. Prioritize workload based on requested customer delivery options and f ollow packing standards , ensuring positive customer experience. Strategically pick merchandise within the store for STH and BOPIS order s to minimize steps . Organize equipment and replenish supplies in fulfillment and pickup areas to promote efficiency. Maintain merchandise presentation standards and support store recovery efforts .
