JOB SUMMARY: The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of a retail store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient store management. They are responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and meeting sales targets. Key duties include training and mentoring employees, scheduling shifts, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing store policies and procedures.
