Job description

The Manager of Assisted Living will be responsible for the daily operations of the Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) and accountable for adherence to facility policies and procedures. They play a key role in managing the daily operations of the RCAC, ensuring the highest quality of care and service for tenants. The Manager works closely with the RCAC team to foster a positive work environment, promote staff professional growth, and collaborates with the Campus Administrator to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities/Duties: Education/Experience: Required: Preferred: - Oversees the admission process and maintains occupancy at or above 95%. - Treats tenants and their families with respect and dignity.
