The team leads enterprise initiatives across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, strengthen governance, and create measurable business value. How You’ll Make an Impact: Architect, build, and govern enterprise-grade solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform, enabling advanced AI agent capabilities across Fitch’s collaboration ecosystem. Design and deploy secure, compliant, and scalable agentic AI solutions integrated with Microsoft 365 and line-of-business applications. Lead technical initiatives and establish standards and best practices for conversational design, prompt engineering, and multi-turn agent orchestration.
