This position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek. Hours may vary from Part-time to Full-time hours based on business needs. Job Type: Election Workers (Seasonal) Department: Elections About the Position: It's election season, and we need your help! Calling all Customer Service professionals! As a Temporary Hotline Representative, you will take inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters. You are responsible for creating a detailed ticket of each call, providing troubleshooting assistance, ordering supplies, and dispatching help to the Vote Center when needed.
