Job Description: The Office Specialist is skilled in the day-to-day functions of the office and will perform a variety of office/clerical duties while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities may range from general receptionist duties to some HR and Accounting functions . Customer Service: - Answer incoming customer calls and route calls to the appropriate department. - Complete initial new customer intake, enter basic customer information and route new customer information to the appropriate sales team member. - Respond to customer account and billing questions or concerns. - Contact customers regarding invalid payments and funding sources.
