Job description

This is a key commercial role which will be working with the Sales and Commercial teams to manage the negotiation and closing of commercial contracts for the licensing of Smart Communications products and the provision of related services to customers, you will be supporting the global business with a principal focus within our North America sales operation. The role will also support the business in all legal matters relating to the day to day running of the business, including customer negotiations, some regional procurement, responding to supplier questionnaires and dealing with data protection/HIPAA queries. The role is remote (US based). Additionally, some international travel to headquarters in the UK may be required from time to time. The key responsibilities of the role include: Working proactively with the North America sales teams on the creation and negotiation of commercial agreements (whether on Smart Communications or customer paper) relating to: Supporting the wider business with legal and contracts advice across a broad range of topics including, and taking the lead on and managing the process for: - Master Agreements for SaaS. - Partnership/Collaboration Agreements...
