Job Overview: This role is based within our EMEA Repair Center and is critical to building and scaling efficient warehouse operations. We are looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented professional who can design, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, organizational structures, and team ways of working. The person in this role will provide leadership and oversight to the Warehouse Management function, with a strong focus on developing scalable operational frameworks, optimizing workflows, and driving standardization across the warehouse environment. This includes shaping how the team operates, defining processes, and ensuring their successful implementation. Operations include receiving, tracking, and storing inventory; picking, packing, and shipping to internal and external stakeholders; and ensuring high standards of inventory accuracy, maintenance, and reporting.
