What You'll Be Doing: - Support daily asphalt plant operations by performing general labor tasks and equipment assistance. - Monitor material flow, perform basic plant checks, and communicate irregularities to the plant operator. - Assist with routine maintenance, cleanup, and safe work area organization. - Use hand tools and support equipment to maintain plant efficiency and reliability. - Work collaboratively with plant and loader operator teams to meet production goals. What Are We Looking For: - Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and follow established safety procedures. - Capability to learn plant processes, material flow, and maintenance tasks. - Strong attention to detail and awareness of changing conditions during plant operation. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Reliability, adaptability, and readiness to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
