Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain dynamic content rules and templates in Naehas software using JavaScript. - Develop and manage personalization logic, rules, and workflows to support customer communication strategies. - Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and development teams to implement rule-driven personalization and regulatory disclosures. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution and rule-based configurations. - Provide technical documentation and user training for non-technical stakeholders. - Stay up to date with best practices in SFMC, Naehas, and JavaScript customization Eligibility Requirements: In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130K-$150K.
