You will take ownership of the end-to-end user experience across large-scale projects, driving design strategy and execution from discovery through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Research, ensuring that user needs are at the heart of every decision. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence both design direction and business outcomes.
